We exist so that no animal in our community faces cruelty, neglect, or crisis alone.
Founded in Vienna, Virginia, Animal Defense Alliance brings together rescue workers, veterinary partners, foster families, and advocates around a single purpose: defending animals at every stage, from the moment they're found to the moment they're safe.

About the Alliance
A community response to animals that have nowhere else to turn.
Animal Defense Alliance was built on a simple belief: animal welfare shouldn't depend on luck. Too many animals in and around Vienna face injury, abandonment, or cruelty with no one positioned to step in — so we became that response.
We work alongside local shelters, veterinary clinics, and animal control to close the gaps between rescue and recovery, and to make sure advocacy for animals has a permanent, organized voice in our community.
